Our Holistic Class Adventure!
Today, our Class 1 students had an amazing time in their holistic class! They learned about the importance of exercise and mindfulness.
Om Chanting
We started with Om chanting. The students sat quietly, closed their eyes, and repeated "Om" together. It was so peaceful!
Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
Next, we learned Tadasana, or Mountain Pose. The students stood tall, feet hip-width apart, and arms by their sides. They felt strong and steady!
