Social Science Activity - Exploring the properties of water

Today, Class 1 students explored the fascinating properties of water through a hands-on activity. They brought different vessels from home and poured water into each one, observing how water takes the shape of the vessel. Through this engaging activity, students learnt that water has no fixed shape, colour, or smell. They also discovered that water flows easily and is essential and useful in our daily lives.

🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳

Class 1 celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The students arrived dressed in beautiful tricolour outfits, ribbons and accessories, proudly displaying the colours of our national flag. They also brought tiny flags, tricolour fruits and delicious tricolour treats in their lunch boxes. The classroom was filled with joy and excitement as the little ones danced to patriotic songs and sang along with cheerful hearts. It was a memorable celebration filled with pride, unity and love for our nation.

मिट्टी से सृजन की ओर कक्षा - दूसरी

घड़े की बात’ पाठ से जुड़ी गतिविधि में कक्षा 2 के विद्यार्थियों ने घर से छोटी-छोटी मिट्टी की हाँडियाँ, दीये और अन्य मिट्टी से बनी वस्तुएँ लाईं। बच्चों ने अपनी पसंद की सजावटी सामग्री का प्रयोग करते हुए दीयों और मिट्टी की वस्तुओं को सुंदर ढंग से सजाया। इस गतिविधि के माध्यम से उन्होंने मिट्टी के बर्तनों के महत्व को समझा तथा अपनी रचनात्मकता, कल्पनाशीलता और कलात्मक कौशल को आनंदपूर्वक अभिव्यक्त किया।

Class 1 Activity - Game Detectives

Class 1 students enthusiastically participated in an engaging activity where they identified and segregated indoor and outdoor games. They carefully observed and  discussed each game with their classmates, and placed them in the correct category. This hands-on activity strengthened their observation, classification, and communication skills while helping them understand the difference between indoor and outdoor games through active learning and collaboration.
